Description
Physiotherapists work in a large number of health settings. They apply assessment skills, clinical reasoning and treatment to anyone with physical problems and chronic pain that affects their movement, function and quality of life. AUT’s physiotherapy program enables graduates to be at the forefront of professionals who maintain and improve people’s rehabilitation.
This degree is one of the most advanced in the world. Graduates can work in a range of clinical specialties here and overseas and will be skilled to effectively work in inter professional health care teams.

Generally students with the highest level of academic achievement are selected. Offers of place are conditional upon the achievement of a B average across the four semester one core papers Minimum of 56 Level 3 credits in three approved subjects. 180 points on the UCAS tariff, Full A Levels preferred.
