DescriptionThis course provides nurses with knowledge and skills to conduct relevant research contributing to the body of evidence on which nursing practice is based. It provides a strong grounding in epidemiology and biostatistics (applied to clinical research) within the multidisciplinary context of public health. Nurses gain experience in all aspects of the research process, from the conception and design of a research project, collection and analysis of data to the effective communication of results.RequirementsA Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty; and eligibility for registration as a nurse; and a minimum of one year's post-registration professional experienceSubscribe to the RSS feed or get updates via email. |
