Nursing (Enrolled/Division 2 Nursing)

Description

The responsibilities of the enrolled nurse include :

* assisting clients with the routine activities of daily living
* recognising the changing needs of clients
* performing assigned and delegated functions from the nursing care plan.

The enrolled nurse monitors the impact of nursing care and maintains ongoing communication and provides support and comfort.

Upon successful completion of this program, students are eligible to apply for registration with Qld Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement RN (Med).
