AT 5pm on Wednesday, October 21 I was involved in an accident and became immobile. Luckily I was supported by caring people who provided assistance by phoning my family, and helpful ambulance staff who took me to hospital. Following my admission and surgery I spent five days in 1 West Cassia surgical ward, where I was looked after by wonderful caring nursing, physio and ward staff. I wish to record my sincere thanks to everyone involved in my hospital stay, in particular the excellent skilled orthopaedic staff at Joondalup Health Campus. From Patrick J Keogh, Edgewater |
