The Role:

- Performing Ergonomic Assessments, Manual Handling Training, FCEs and Worksite Assessments

- Pre-Employment Screening

- Results-focused case management - achieving safe and durable Return to Work, or optimal function outcomes within case outcome, duration and cost guidelines

- Meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs while maintaining quality

- Liaising with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

The Ideal Candidate:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy

- Experience in Clinical and/or Occupational Health settings (ideal but not essential)

- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people

- Business acumen and motivation to achieve financial targets

- Strong time management and organisational ability

- High levels of energy and enthusiasm to deliver the quality Konekt service offering
