We need you to join the JIGSAW specialist mental health and drug and alcohol team for the Barwon region.
As part of our ongoing development and expansion and commitment to supporting existing staff to take on higher duties we have a number of vacancies within our team.
We welcome candidates with a passion for early identification and early intervention for youth mental health and drug and alcohol problems.
Case Manager/Clinician –
1 full-time permanent position and 1 full-time maternity leave vacancies. These roles are responsible for the delivery of best practice, evidence-based treatment and support to young people presenting with mental health issues across the full spectrum of disorders occurring in adolescence and young adulthood. Positions are available at both JIGSAW City and JIGSAW Bellarine but maintain flexibility according to the development of further sites within the Barwon Headspace partnership and the needs of young people accessing the service.
Youth Access Clinician [RPN3/P2/OT2/SW2] -
1 full-time maternity leave position. This role includes triaging of all new referrals to the service, provision of mental health and drug and alcohol assessment and acute crisis intervention to young people who are newly referred to the service and the provision of crisis intervention and brief community treatment to current clients of the service. This position is based across the Geelong Hospital and JIGSAW.
