Do you have the skills and leadership to work in a pivotal role within our service?

We require an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the inpatient Occupational Therapy team and to provide clinical services to the OPHRS (Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation Services) inpatient ward including the newly developed stroke team.

The position involves

•              The capability to lead the inpatient Occupational Therapy team.

•              Management and professional development of staff.

•              The ability to provide efficient, effective intervention for clients.

•              Clinical expertise with neurological conditions especially rehabilitation post CVA

•              Appropriate Enable NZ accreditation and registration.

•              A commitment to quality service delivery.

•              An interest in and empathy with elderly and disabled clients.
