CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER

In this highly desirable role you will be the Clinical Nurse Manager of a 26 high care and 17 low care bed residential service.

Offering a superior level of care and a warm inviting community spirit this role is open to both local and interstate candidates. You will work in a friendly team of professionals providing the highest possible standards of care.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager some of your duties will include;

- Participating in the development of care plans for residents

- Ensuring that the health, happiness and welfare of the residents are met

- Oversight the provision of holistic nursing and personal care

- Coordinate clinical activities

- Acting as a resource and clinical instructor for staff

- Acting as a resident and staff advocate in multidisciplinary meetings

- Relieving the Director of Nursing as required
