The Operating Suite

Home to 4 theatres and working with some of the world's leading Neurosurgeons and specialists, this highly regarded unit has welcomed new management in the last 12 months which has further improved and evolved both service delivery and team culture for the positive. Reporting to the Peri-operative Services Manager and working alongside ANUM's with both Neuro and Cardiac specialities, a dedicated floor co-ordinator and educator, you will have an incredible support and talent network to enrich your working day.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager

To be successful in this position;

* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience within General Surgery and currently be in a lead position, or have the drive and motivation to deliver to a role at this level

* You will enjoy the opportunity to educate, coach and develop staff

* Your clinical skills and customer service skills are of the highest calibre

* You will be highly motivated by the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and specialists

* You will relish the opportunity to scout for neuro and / or cardiac surgery.
