Training and development is offered for a period beforehand on a full-time basis with this role, as it demands the state's top acute nurses to have the knowledge to save lives over the phone.

* An ability to establish rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service

* Expert knowledge in managing all medical cases

* A dynamic and proactive addition and vision to the team you are working with

You will need to have:

* A current NSW Nursing registration

* At minimum of 2 years experience within an acute setting

* A confident phone manner

* The ability and confidence to make quick and accurate decisions
