Rehabilitation - Dandenong Hospital

A skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist is sought to undertake 2 day per week position in Rehabilitation and Aged Care Services. The Senior Clinical Psychologist will undertake casework, consultation, supervision as well as clinical leadership. The casework, consultation and clinical leadership roles are provided to a 20 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at Dandenong Hospital. This unit focuses on adults with complex rehabilitation needs, often involving concurrent psychiatric co-morbidities. The multidisciplinary rehabilitation team operates with a person-centered model of care.

The Senior Clinical Psychology position also forms part of the leadership group within the Psychology Department of Rehabilitation and Aged Care Services. Rehabilitation psychologists are based at Dandenong and Casey Hospitals as well as Kingston Centre. The team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists provide psychological services across a number of inpatient units and share a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, as well as to supervision, professional development and support.
