As a case manager within this not for profit organisation you will take responsibility for managing the placement of children and young people in foster care and also residential care. This role is available on a 6 month contract basis and in that time you will take on a up to 15 cases and continuously monitor case plans and the quality care provided.

Based in Wollongong your cases will be based in and around the region requiring you to spend time out of the office to undertake home visits. A drivers licence is essential.

As a qualified Social Care professional, ideally with a degree in Social Work or Psychology, you will have a solid level of experience in a children, families or youth related case management role. You will demonstrate the ability to confidently assess and monitor your cases to ensure effective and efficient service provision and liaise with the wider support network to ensure that you are working in accordance with child care and protection frameworks.
